Those Ugly Icons
If you want to change those icons that show up beside your name in the comments, it’s actually quite easy….go to www.gravatar.com and you can upload/submit a photo url and crop any photo you wish. As long as you use the same email address as you do when you post here, they will hook up and it’s done.
This icon will then follow you and post on every other gravatar-enabled WordPress blog.

Done. Wish the icon was bigger though — you can’t read “FREE AGENT” on my custom Raptors jersey.
