Quiet day in the L, which is predictable with the trade deadline gone, and recently cut players getting snuggled into their new teams beds.

Hollinger is still allowing his computer to take long puffs on the pipe and has the Raptors ranked 8th in the league in his power poll. That high a placement is just about as likely in the real world as this winning a Grammy.

Antoine Walker is still working on a buyout. Bit of a different story than saying he forgot his passport, no?

Much to Kenz’ dismay, tomorrow is the day that Oklahoma City voters go to vote on a $97mil upgrade to the Ford Center and $24.6mil to build a practice facility in order to woo the Sonics. It will be a sad sad day when the trucks pull into Seattle.

Did ya catch the bit on Joel Pryzbilla’s bet with his trainer?  Joel feels he can play all 82 games. If he does, the trainer as to kiss Joel’s ass, at mid court after the Blazer’s final game. If he doesn’t, Joel needs to buy the trainer dinner. Seems one-sided to me.

After practice today, the Raptors gathered around a pitching game to see who could throw the fastest pitch. You might be surprised to see who won (and set a record).
