Raptors starting centre Rasho Nesterovic had an MRI done on his sprained right ankle on Friday and is expected back within a week, although he surprised Mitchell by jogging up and down the side of the court after practice yesterday.

A couple of journalists made a crack that the lumbering Nesterovic actually was running at full speed.

“Almost,” said Mitchell, with a laugh. “That’s about 80%.”

Forward Joey Graham, who was placed on the inactive list on Nov. 4 with a strained left quad, is still about a week away from rejoining his team.
