Well, maybe some hype might have helped. He could have pushed the idea that his former assistant and now Bucks staffer Jim Todd was selling state secrets. For his part, Todd, who was responsible for the Bucks’ game plan last night, did say “he had a pretty good handle on what the Raptors do.”
Something worked. With Bucks head coach Larry Krystkowiak at a hospital with his wife, Jan, who gave birth to twin girls midway through the second quarter, Todd helped interim head coach Tony Brown, another former Raptors assistant, look like John Wooden.
