Morning Coffee - Nov 5

- double him all game, don’t do it in OT and let the beast come to life. Smart.

- hello, fire department? Sam Mitchell calling. We may need you soon.

- seems Sam’s frustration is a common theme in the Sun today.

- today in practice, Parker will learn how to work through a screen.

- well, at least the team never gave up.

- Mitchell wasn’t surprised at the playoff intensity.

- hmmm…which is worse: that red shirt fiasco or clanking all your shots, killing the atmosphere your own fans have set up?

- some would question not using all 12 guys if your other 9 can’t pick up the pace.

- video highlights, including the nba.com play of the day by Ray Allen. Wonder what play that was….

- with Lute Olson taking a leave, Kevin O’Neill appears to be the new coach for Arizona.

- good teams win ugly, close games. We didn’t and the Celtics did.

- Tom Thibodeau did a great job on the sideline, in place of Doc Rivers.

- the Arsenalist says it all.

- two things about this picture…no Raptor in the frame..and, 4 seconds left in overtime, game tied, and you are on your cell???

  1. That is one picture perfect jump shot. As for the guy on the cell, he’s a disgrace to all Raptors fans.

  2. Maybe he’s giving someone who couldn’t make it a play by play. In which case he is sharing the excitement and spreading the Raptors experience. Ought to give him a medal.

  3. wow, puffer….i bet you sleep in raptors pjs.

  4. Get that webcam outta here.
