- not surprisingly, Sam Mitchell says that rebounding will decide
who gets the spot at small forward.
- Don’t forget to include Jorge Garbajosa into that race.
- the answer as to who gets the spot may come out of two-a-day practice, which the Raptors ran yesterday and have one more of them left in the pre-season.
- Jason Kapono is loving Sam Mitchell’s system, but it will take some getting used to, but puts it on his own shoulders that he hasn’t been hitting his shots in the pre-season thus far.
- Anthony Parker is finding it tough to share the three point area with Andrea Bargnani and also has to deal with the revolving door small forward.
- Kris Humphries needs to wear the hard hat.
- Charles Oakley seems to be the last bad boy.
- Never been to Treviso? Me either. Let’s do it vicariously.
- Granville’s blog about thinking Yi Jianlian is the next Hoffa is a great read, especially since Yi is already being compared to our Andrea Bargnani.
- is the fact that the Raptors have lost again to a non-NBA team embarrassing for the franchise?
- maybe the fact that our beloved Raptors are full of Europeans is the reason we are as soft as a marshmallow being held over an open flame?

Sam really wigs me out there. I’m going to put that in my window on Halloween to scare away the kiddies.

What exactly is that photo supposed to portray? He’s smiling, so it’s not intensity. And he’s holding a basketball, so it’s not scary.
I believe Sam’s trying to tell us that yes, he is the ju-ju man.
