The Raptors are returning almost everyone who mattered from last year’s early playoff exit against New Jersey. There are a couple of fresh faces, but no rookies to speak of. There should be no excuses about, say, lacking chemistry. This team needs to become one and play tougher. It’s time for the players, starting with Chris Bosh, who had a mediocre playoff, to step up.
